Despite futuristic predictions of shorter working days and extended leisure, we still spend almost as long at work as we do at home. Realising this, I decided from the outset to create at Paragon a business park with all the ambience of a comfortable home - in fact, my home.

Everything we do here is measured against my own criteria. The entire development is furnished to the highest standard. The gardens are a kaleidoscope of colourful plants and shrubs. The central quad is planted with flowering trees, each selected to provide a year round splash of seasonal colour.

Chef’s restaurant serves quality food at affordable prices. For less formal occasions the lounge gives tenants a venue to meet over coffee or tea, and the staff in both areas are there to serve and please.

Your safety and security are a top priority whilst you’re at Paragon. Our staff make every effort to see that you, your belongings and your car are secure from the moment you arrive until you leave. There are no crowds at Paragon, just a community of tenants and their visitors. And when the days grow short and the evenings darken, the high quality lighting around the park extends the sense of security.

The unique element at Paragon Business Park is the management team. We’re not absentee landlords but are on-site, constantly monitoring the park to ensure our standards are maintained. Sue, our Manager, is charged with maintaining our commitment to the Paragon philosophy; Alan, is on hand ready to deal with your day to day queries and to ensure the hassle-free enjoyment of your work space.
